Drawing from his experiences as an executive director in Albany, NY, and his current role at Amazon, Keyon emphasized how mentorship profoundly impacts both mentors and mentees. Building on this theme, Gabrielle Webster, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, spoke to the transformative nature of the partnership, stating, “This collaboration with Amazon’s Black Employee Network goes beyond funding. It’s about building lasting connections and creating meaningful opportunities for our youth.”
